We stayed in Key West for three nights while celebrating our one year anniversary. We loved the resort and the staff. The pool was amazing and very relaxing. We had a king suite located just above the pool bar and it was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. The complimentary breakfast had many options and was well stocked and the staff was ready to get anything you needed. The staff reccommended a great restaurant, Alonzos Oyster Bar for their happy hour due to the half priced drinks, apps, and steamed seafood, we went there 3 times, great place and great view, thanks for the help guys!!! We plan to come stay next year!!!

Upgraded Room! Chocolate covered Strawberries and Champagne at Check-in- It was a nice touch to the start of our once a year vacation, especially after traveling for 12 hours!

The hotel solicits the breakfast as being a continental- It is way better than fruit and breakfast breads you would expect. They had Waffles, Activia Yogurt, Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwiches, Hard Boiled Eggs, Oatmeal w/ Nuts, Raisins & Brown Sugar. They had these things that looked like corn dogs but they were actually a Pancake wrapped around a sausage, that you dip in syrup! "Brilliant!" The staff at breakfast we pouring coffees and getting bussing trays- when they take a tray from in front of you it's replaced with a Heresy's Kiss- What a pleasant way to wrap up breakfast, CHOCOLATE!

The service here was way better than any 5 star hotel I have ever been in. The staff gives you tours of the property, then suggestions of what to do in town, they even give you coupons to save on dinning and cocktails at partnering locations. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a steal, not a deal!
