Key West Aquarium is conveniently located on Mallory Square, with plenty of nearby eating options for you to choose from. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find Billie’s Bar & Restaurant, Red Fish Blue Fish seafood restaurant, Rooftop Café, Hog’s Breath Saloon and a Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes to the Key West Aquarium that you won’t mind getting splashed in, since many of the aquarium exhibits are hands-on and involve animal interaction.


Are there any gift shops in the area?
Key West Aquarium is located on Mallory Square, where you’ll discover plenty of cute gift shops and souvenir stores like Emeralds International gemstone and conch pearl jewelry. Just around the corner is Clinton Square Market, a small indoor mall with heaps of eclectic shops and air-conditioning!
Is this aquarium good for kids?
Key West Aquarium is a family attraction that is fantastic for kids. Children love the invertebrate touch tank, creepy jellyfish exhibit and daily shark feedings.

I took the kids here on our recent vacation and they had a ball. So many neat exhibits to see. My daughter was a little timid, but our son loved the shark feedings. Hubby thought it was cool too.
